Q. What time does the event begin?
A. Pops on the River opens at 5 p.m., including the food trucks and the First Security Amphitheater. Live music and entertainment will take place all day.
Q. Where is Pops on the River?
A. The event will be in downtown Little Rock in the River Market pavilions and Riverfront Park. The First Security Amphitheater is the main stage for the event, but activities will take place all day in the River Market area.
Q. Is there an admission charge?
A. No. Not only is there no charge to attend the event; many of the activities are free. The evening’s concert is also free, although reserved seating is available for $15 (online only through July 4), but there is plenty of amphitheater and lawn seating available. Bring cash for concessions.

Q. Will food be available at the event?
A. Pops on the River attendees can choose from a variety of foods, including barbecue, nachos, corn dogs, hot dogs, shrimp, turkey legs, funnel cakes, fried Oreos and Twinkies, ice pops and ice cream. A full list of vendors is available here.
Q. Can I bring an ice chest?
A. No. Ice chests and outside food will not be allowed inside the amphitheater gates. There will be refreshments for sale throughout the event, including soft drinks, beer, water, tea and lemonade.
Q. Am I allowed to bring lawn chairs?
A. We encourage guests to bring blankets to sit on — most areas are open lawn seating.
Q. Are pets allowed?
A. Pets will not be allowed inside the amphitheater gates. Pets on a leash are allowed outside the festival gates in the River Market area.
Q. What time will the fireworks start?
A. The fireworks show will begin at 9:30 p.m. and will be shot from the Main Street Bridge. Visible in most areas of downtown Little Rock, the fireworks are best viewed in the amphitheater area.
Q. What happens if it rains the day of the event?
A. The show will go on! Pops on the River will be open, rain or shine.
